I'm so happy you got to spend time with family and friends. Visits of that nature are so so warm and nourishing for our bodies, minds and souls. A few weeks ago in one of our ministries we finished read The Power of TED (The Empowerment Dynamic by David Emerald. Currently taking a break from reading and have been dabbling in container gardening. I have been so excited things are beginning to push up through the soil! For someone who grew up in city life, this is a huge accomplishment. Every morning I run to the patio to check on the progress. New growth amazes me and I love admiring. I'm carefully tending to the needs of what I sowed and am delighted everytime I see a new sprout. Normally I don't have a green thumb, perhaps my timing was off in the past
You are the second person who has recommended "The Bright Hour." I don't have a personal cancer journey but several family members do. Might have to pick this one up. And I am definitely looking forward to "Blow Your House Down."
